StratApp will be present at the WorldCALL 2018 conference on 13-16 November in Concepción (Chile), where teachers and educators from around the world will discuss the role of technology in education and training.
WorldCALL provides a worldwide focus for the promulgation of innovative research, development and practice in the areas of Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL). The conference also serves as a forum for exchanging information, knowledge and skills among educators, researchers and industry leaders across the globe.
Under this year’s topic, “CALLing all the CALLers Worldwide”, StratApp will present its game-based learning strategy for improving student’s academic reading skills. Mar Gutiérrez-Colón and Anca Frumuselu, both members of this European Project, will explain the goals and development of StratApp in a 30-minutes long session dedicated to research and development.
WorldCALL started in 1998 in Australia. Since then, it holds international conferences every five years (Canada in 2003, Japan in 2008 and Scotland in 2013).
